What can you substitute for beer in a cheese fondue recipe.?

Hi I am having a work party at my house next week. I plan on making a cheese fondue but the recipe calls for beer. Some of my co-workers are in recovery so everything must be 100% alcohol free. What could I substitute for beer in this recipe? Also does anyone have any good recipes for virgin margaritas?

I would suggest substituting a non-alcoholic beer like Sharps. The flavor will remain the same that way. You can find it in your local grocery store right next to the regular beer.
